Making Attendance Easier
Transportation should never be the barrier to attending a program that keeps your loved one safe and engaged.
AllWell offers optional transportation for participants who live within our service area. Our drivers are trained to assist older adults and individuals with mobility limitations, and our goal is to provide a smooth, predictable experience from pick-up to drop-off.
Service Area & Hours
- Service to and from our center in Schaumburg and surrounding communities.
- Available on program operating days.
- Morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off windows established at enrollment.
How Transportation Works
1. Schedule
Transportation needs are discussed during intake. We confirm pick-up location, schedule, and any mobility considerations.
2. Pick-Up & Arrival
The driver arrives at the home, assists the participant to the vehicle, and ensures safe boarding. Upon arrival, participants are escorted into the center and checked in.
3. Return Home
At the end of the day, participants are escorted back home and assisted as needed to ensure a safe transition.
Safety & Accessibility
- Vehicles are inspected and maintained according to safety standards.
- Drivers receive training in working with older adults and individuals with mobility challenges.
- Wheelchair-accessible options may be available for participants who require them.
