Overview of Services

Every participant at AllWell receives a structured schedule of activities, supervision, and support designed around their needs and interests.

Our Adult Day Program operates during daytime hours and can be scheduled for several days per week or on a pattern that works best for each family. We coordinate closely with caregivers to adjust schedules as needs change.

Adult Day Program

Gentle exercises, cognitive stimulation, medication reminders, and wellness check-ins that help support aging in place.

A Typical Day at AllWell

While each day is unique, a consistent rhythm helps participants feel comfortable and secure.

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Arrival, greetings, coffee/tea, and social time.
9:00 – 10:00 AM: Morning stretch and light exercise.
10:00 – 11:30 AM: Small-group activities, games, or crafts.
11:30 – 12:30 PM: Lunch and conversation (if provided).
12:30 – 1:30 PM: Quiet time, music, or relaxation.
1:30 – 3:00 PM: Special program, guest, or themed activity.
3:00 – 4:00 PM: Afternoon snack, wrap-up, and departures.

Adults who need supervision and support during daytime hours.

Participants who can attend in a group environment with assistance.
